My Coaching incorporates Life, Mindset, Mind/Body Connection, Breath Work, Somatic (referring to the body), Health and Well-Being, as well as Journey Coaching, which invites God the Father, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit, into the journey. As a Journey Coach, I'm a Spiritual Lay Counselor and I'm Certified and trained by Dr. Sherri Harper Woods of Mind Body and Soul (MiBoSo).
