Qi Gong - Tai Chi with Somatic Movement. Gentle Restorative Exercise, to promote calm, body and breath awareness, balanced energy, improved circulation and relaxation.

You’re invited to experience a gentle practice of Qi Gong and Tai Chi with some Somatic Movement (Gentle Restorative Exercise). Somatic means relating to the body. Almost anyone can do this practice/exercise, no matter your fitness level or mobility.

Dress in whatever feels comfortable: athletic, yoga, lounge, dress, skirt, casual....Socks/gripper-yoga socks recommended. I have gripper socks for purchase if needed. I have yoga mats, bolsters or feel free to bring your own.
