Inspirmotion: Inspiring through movement, energy, breath, intention and awareness.
Inspirmotion is being the inspiration and change you want to see in our world. It's being aware of the areas in your life that need healing, in order to live the life you were created for. It's a healing journey, requiring vulnerability, transparency and the willingness to bring other people on that healing journey. It's choosing to be a positive force of inspiration and love. It's being aware of your breath and using your breath for healing. It's learning and being attuned to your mind and body and how emotions and pain are stored in your body. It's processing those emotions and pain, through an Awareness, Breath Work, Somatic, Allowing practice, that I created, called PRAISE. As well as mind/body, movement and other holistic, somatic practices for healing. It's living each day, with an awareness and intention to heal, grow, love, forgive, move and step into your God-given purpose and identity.
PRAISE
P – Pause – Stop and bring awareness to your emotions and where you feel it in your body.
R – Respire / Breathe – Connect with your breath and adjust to bring calm to it.
A – Acknowledge – Bring awareness to your need for safety and create your safe space.
I – Invite / Speak – Speak honestly and invite God’s presence and guidance.
S – Sit & Allow – Give attention and permission to allow emotions to flow, move and release.
E – Express / Breathe – Let gratefulness, praise and breath be your guide.
