
You’re invited to experience a gentle practice of Somatic Movement (Gentle Restorative Exercise), Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Breath Work and Lymphatics. Somatic means relating to the body. Anyone can do this practice, because you're listening to your own body. I will guide you, but you and the music will ultimately direct your own movement and breath.
Dress in whatever feels comfortable: athletic, yoga, lounge, dress, skirt, casual....Socks/gripper-yoga socks recommended. I have gripper socks for purchase if needed. I have yoga mats, bolsters or feel free to bring your own.
