You're invited to experience a gentle practice of Somatic Belly Dance. Somatic means relating to the body. Anyone can do this practice, because you're listening to your own body. I will guide you, but you and the music will ultimately direct your own movement and breath.

I have belly dance wraps for your use, or feel free to bring your home.

Includes Somatic Movement with breath work and lymphatic opening/gentle tapping.
